Analyze pain points, market opportunities and redesign user experience for UX Was Here - a startup Beta version website focused on a social, resource-sharing platform for UX designers. We analyzed competing websites and services of the same type in the market to find market gaps and opportunities to reposition the key features and experience of the UX. Tested and conducted usability testing on the existing UX Was Here Beta test site to identify UX issues and propose changes. Finally, we prototyped solutions in preparation for client presentations and user testing in Figma.
